Dr Vincent Pagiwa is a health policy analyst and public health research fellow at the University of Botswana’s Okavango Research Institute. He holds a PhD in Public Health from the La Trobe University in Australia. He has a deep research interest in health policy analysis, health systems financing, evaluation of health programs and efficiency in public health services delivery, health governance and politics, and climate change and health policy nexus. He has published significantly in public health and acquired research grants from local and international funders. Dr Pagiwa led the founding Secretariat of the CHANCE Network through the Horizon 2020 ENBEL project funded by the European Union.
